Had a lovely meal here just the other night. They were kind enough to seat us even though we arrived just after seating had concluded for the night. We sat with a perfect view of the park, which combined with the tasteful holiday decorations just made for the perfect dinner ambiance. We ordered drinks and a spinach dip appetizer. It had a crispy cheese shell on top that went perfectly with the creamy dip and warm tortillas. For entrees we ordered the filet with au poivre sauce and a loaded baked potato. My GF had the roasted half chicken with mashed potatoes. We shared a side of crispy Brussels sprouts. They might have actually upstaged the main dishes they were so good. They were served with bacon and vinegar and were absolutely addictive. The steak was prepared my requested rare and was delicious. The chicken entree looked lovely and was tasted fantastic. Both potato sides were good and paired nicely. Overall just a very nice dining experience and I will certainly be back the next time I am in Chicago. Well done everyone!

TLDR: Great steaks but everything was a little too salty. Service was friendly but just ok. We came here on a Friday night because it was a quick walk from Drunk Shakespeare. The host was friendly and seated us quickly. The restaurant was surprisingly pretty empty on a Friday night--which had us a little worried. For drinks, I ordered their Gimlet to start, which was very tasty and refreshing with a hint of sweet. My bf ordered a boulevardier, but somehow it came out very sweet, like an Old Fashioned. We decided not to get any appetizers bc nothing really caught our eye. We ordered the ribeye and The Remington (which is dry-aged prime strip). Even though we ordered both of them medium rare, the ribeye came out more rare in the center than The Remington. I ordered the fries instead of the loaded potatoes and they were perfectly crispy and tasty but a little too salty. The steak also had areas where it seemed like 90% of the salt decided to land on. We shared a side of the Broccolini which had a nice asian vinegarette sauce and lovely char to it. My bf didn't want any potatoes so he asked if we could substitute it with a small garden salad but were told we couldn't, which is a bummer bc they're about the same price. The quality of the salad we were served was not up to par with the rest of the food, sadly; it just didn't taste fresh. It tasted like the salad you'd get at an airport kiosk, if you know what I mean. I don't know if our server was the only server there that night but it took him a while to come back to us after the steaks came out. We wanted a glass of wine with our meal but didn't have the chance to until we were well into our meal. He was very friendly though!

The corn chowder soup and spatzile Mac and cheese tasted so good ! The presentation made the food very pretty. The services read friendly and smiles . You can sit with a view of millennium park outside. There is great table bar seating in the middle, It's decorated for Christmas. There are fireplaces for warmth. Music was playing. Great menu. Busy but calm. love this place . My second time here and I'm sure there will be a third.

Ordered this to my hotel one night while in town at a conference. Food was delivered in great packaging. The ribs were fantastic and very tender. The steak and potato was also cooked very well. The key lime pie was different. Not what I expected.

Stopped in for a quick bite during happy hour! Happy hour is from 4-6 with select beers and wines. We stayed for some snacks (Mac and cheese, slides and tuna salad) which was delicious. We told them we were on a tight timeline and the service was prompt to ensure we made our later commitment!

We stopped here without a reservation on the same weekend as the Magnificent Mile light parade and got seated really quickly. We had fast and efficient service and the place was decorated nicely for the holidays. We had burgers and the mahi mahi sandwich both with their shoestring fries. The burger was cooked to order and the mahi mahi sandwich was excellent. Would recommend for a lunch stop before or after millennium park.

The absolute BEST fish sandwich I've ever eaten!!! The Brussels are so delicious... the way they combine the flavor with the bacon and jalapeño is genius. The fries where nicely season and fresh. The service was great and swift. Loved the vibe of the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us without any pushback. I really wanted to return before my trip ended but wasn't able to. I'll definitely return and order the same exact meal.

On a rainy day in Chicago, we sought refuge at Remington's, conveniently located across from Millennium Park. The warm welcome began with the hostess, who kindly handed us towels and seated us at a cozy booth by the window. The ambiance at Remington's is inviting, featuring leather decor and fireplaces, with a unique wine vault for those who wish to dine there. Our server was prompt, bringing waters and taking the time to understand our preferences to help us with our order. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. I enjoyed one of the best Bloody Mary's I've ever had, practically a meal in itself. I highly recommend Remington's for a delightful brunch experience in a charming setting.
